Most products can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days from receipt of order. Proof of purchase is required. Return shipping and handling charges may apply.
Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted on the following:
- Custom Orders; including items/products in our Design Your Bed Program and Design Your Bath Program
- Monogram Items
- Fabric swatches and samples
- Gift Card
- Clearance Item
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear
Eligible returns require proof of purchase and will be refunded in the original form of payment.
We do not refund shipping and handling charges unless a product was received damaged, has a manufacturing defect or is simply incorrect. Proof of purchase and proof of damage, manufacturer's defect or incorrect item maybe required for eligible refund.
Taxes are refunded in accordance with law.
Refunds are generally processed within 1-2 weeks of receipt your returned merchandise. All online orders require a credit card or gift card as method of payment. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. If a credit card was used as form of payment, your refund will be issued back to the same card used for the original purchase. If a gift card was used for as form of payment, your refund will be issued back as merchandise credit/gift card unless other arrangements have been made with a Customer Care Representative.
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
To return or exchange an item, simply contact Customer Care at (833) 233 - 5944. Proof of purchase and proof of damage, manufacturer's defect or incorrect item may also be required for eligible return or exchange.
Once your request is approved, you will receive an email confirming the return or exchange with return shipping instructions.
DESIGN YOUR PROGRAMS
All products within our Design Your Bed Program and Design Your Bath Program are custom order and are NOT eligible for return or exchange except for a manufacturer's defect or received incorrect. Please inspect your order upon receipt. Proof of manufacturer's defect or incorrect item and proof of purchase is required within 7 business days of receipt of order. All exchanged orders due to a manufacturer's defect or incorrect order will be rushed. If a manufacturer's defect or incorrect item is discovered please contact Customer Care toll free at (833) 233 - 3455 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Custom products are made to order and are NOT eligible for return, exchange or cancellation. Custom products include but not limited to; custom bedding and bath products in our Design Your Bed Program and Design Your Bath Program and monogramed items.
Clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable except for a manufacturing defect.
DAMAGES AND DEFECTS
Products are carefully inspected prior to shipping. Please inspect your ordered IMMEDIATELY upon receipt. If a manufacturing defect is discovered or received damaged, please contact our Customer Care toll free at (833) 233 - 5944 or email@example.com within 7 business days of receipt to be eligible for return/exchange.
Normal wear and tear, discoloration due to normal wear and tear are not considered damaged / manufacturing defect. Please follow manufacturer's care instructions at time of purchase.
- Custom orders may not be canceled. Custom orders are put into production and are specially made to your order specifications.
- In-stock items cannot be cancelled once your order has been transmitted to our fulfillment center. When your order is placed, a confirmation email is sent to you, your payment is verified in our system and all in stock items are processed in our fulfillment center within a few hours. In-stock items are then shipped as soon as possible for your satisfaction and unfortunately this makes it difficult for our us to communicate cancellations/modifications in a timely manner to our fulfillment center. However, Eligible items can be returned for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy above.
- Backordered items can be cancelled in some cases. This items are not scheduled for immediate shipment and therefore in some cases maybe able to be cancelled.

Please have your order number ready when calling us toll free at (833) 233 - 5944 or simply include your order number in your email inquiry at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are happy to assist you Monday through Friday from 9AM to 4:30PM (EST).
Gift cards are delivered via email with instructions to redeem. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
We will gladly provide a refund or exchange within 90 days of your event or 90 days of purchase (whichever is later) for eligible items purchased through your Liliann Rey registry at myregistry.com. Custom Orders (including Design Your Bed Program and Design Your Bath Program), Monogram Items, Gift Cards, Clearance Items and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for registry return.
