PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR PRODUCTS ARE DELIVERED FROM DIFFERENT FULFILLMENT CENTERS. CERTAIN PRODUCTS PURCHASED DURING THIS TIME MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO LOCAL REGULATIONS REGARDING COVID-19. WE ARE DOING OUR BEST TO ESTIMATE ANY POTENTIAL DELAYS IN SHIPMENTS AND WILL UPDATE YOU ACCORDINGLY.
CURRENTLY OUR CUSTOM ORDER AND DELIVERY TIMES ARE LONGER THAN USUAL. YOU CAN EXPECT AN ADDITIONAL 7 -15 BUSINESS DAYS ON MOST ORDERS.

SHIP UPON COMPLETION/FULFILLMENT
Items ship at time of completion/fulfillment and therefore may not arrive together. You will be notified via email to track your order as it ships. Please review shipping lead-times by product/item below.
In-stock items are shipped via USPS/Fed Ex Ground Delivery Services and will arrive within 3-10 business days of receipt of the order. Business days do not include weekends and holidays.
BACKORDERED/TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We work hard to maintain inventory on all of our products. However, sometimes we may experience higher than expected demand volumes for a particular item. You will be notified via email as to the status of backorder/temporarily out of stock items from your order.

Please allow extra delivery time for all Custom Made To Order items. Custom orders will ship within 5 - 7 weeks. All items within the Design Your Bed Program and Design Your Bath Program are considered custom. We will notify you by email when your item ships.
UNEXPECTED SHIPPING DELAYS
We cannot be held responsible if we are unable to perform due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to delays due to natural disasters or weather-related delays, work stoppages from our vendors or suppliers and other unexpected circumstances.
PO Boxes & APO BOXES
Unfortunately, we do NOT ship to PO and APO Boxes at this time. All orders must be shipped to a physical address.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (INCLUDING CANADA)
At this time we only ship to the United States, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.
While extremely uncommon, manufacturer defects or damages to items in transit can occur. Please inspect all items upon delivery and report all defects/damages to Customer Care Toll Free, Monday - Friday, 9AM - 4:30PM EST at (833) 233-5944 or via email at email@example.com. We PROMISE to resolve the issue your to your satisfaction.
Custom Order Items - Your credit card is charged at time your order is processed for production. Please review our Return + Cancellations policies prior to placing your order.
All Other Items - Your credit card is charged at time of shipping.
